Refund & Cancellation
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product.
We may also require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order. IF your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellations by you
Please note that your order begins processing the moment you click ‘Place/CONFIRM Order’. This means that your items are picked and shipped without delay. We are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. These orders should be returned or exchanged according to our policies below.
Returns
You can return the product if:
– You received a faulty/defective product. THIS INCLUDES A WRONG PIECE TO THE ONE YOU HAVE PLACED AN order for or a product garment which is of the wrong color or size
– You received a physically damaged product.
Obligation of the Customer:
The customer shall before taking the delivery of the product from authorized partner / agent of Wolfpack, should verify the size, content, color and any other specification of the product. The customer shall refuse the delivery of the product which is damaged. After receipt of the delivery, no complaints pertaining to color, size, variation, product dissimilarity or damage shall be entertained.
If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at Exchange@wolfpackoutdoors.in within 7 days of delivery of the product. We will arrange for the exchange of the product within 5 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
What if the product you have got is the wrong size or does not fit?
If the size you want is different from the size placed in the order, then the shipping costs will have to be borne by you. If we have shipped the wrong size, then Wolfpack will bear the shipping charges.
